Jillian Iscaro is a director, producer and editor based in Brooklyn. She combines her background in the fine arts with inspiration from her dreams to bring projects to life - finding that sweet spot between fantasy and reality. She is an inquisitive & playful director with an innate affinity for imbuing her projects with her whimsical aesthetics. She has a strong interest in science fiction, and explores themes around eternity, existence, and technology, layered with threads of gender, race, and sexuality. She’s made it her mission to create a more inclusive industry - focusing on bringing together talent and crews from all sorts of backgrounds. She has worked with brands like Spotify, Nike, New Balance, and Levi's, and brings her strong post production background into every project. She loves crafting new worlds for clients, and combines stylized production design with her unique eye for camera movement and transitions. In her downtime, she enjoys painting, boating, and snowboarding, and can often be found grabbing a cappuccino at her favorite local coffee shop or perusing the shelves at a used bookstore.
She is also the founder of moonland.tv, a creative production and post company.
